  I was very satisfied with the work done. His work was excellent and he did the job promptly and to a high standard. I would 110% recommend him to any and everyone. When he started the work he was determined to finish the job with was very appreciated. He was a good communicator and was very kind and reliable.

  Fixing fault with fuse box

  The electrician turned up for an emergency repair job. The electrician took longer to arrive than predicted. He identified & quickly fixed the fault. When the job was completed, the electrician failed to inform me of the fault & only told me the cost of the repair. He then asked for cash payment & offered to drive me to the bank to get the required cash. This put me in uncomfortable position. I am 88 & live alone. I was unhappy to be asked to make a cash payment & believe the offer me to drive to my bank was unacceptable. I wish to warn others in case they are put in a similar situation.
