Ben understood our requirements from the get go and was great at talking through how the work would be done and giving ideas and options around various parts of the build. From the first day we met with Ben and Al, and throughout the build, they were on time, polite, and well organised. The build was smooth and completed on time with the site always being left tidy at the end of the day. The finished result was excellent - exactly as we wanted and finished to a very high standard. We would highly recommend BS Building & Construction and would certainly use them again for future projects.

Ben, Alan and Ted were an absolute pleasure to have working in the house while removing a chimney breast in our bedroom. They arrived on time every day as promised and were almost religious about keeping the dust down - constantly hoovering & sweeping up. Honestly, outside of the room they were working in we hardly had to clean up at all. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard, and even finished one day early. I'd thoroughly recommend using BS Building & Construction - polite and professional people at a fair price.

B S Building and Construction Ltd provide an excellent service. They have recently removed our old lean to and constructed a new utility room to the rear of our property. We are really pleased with the quality of the work and couldn't speak highly enough of the professionalism of Ben and his team. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their upcoming projects.
