  Ben, Alan and Ted were an absolute pleasure to have working in the house while removing a chimney breast in our bedroom. They arrived on time every day as promised and were almost religious about keeping the dust down - constantly hoovering & sweeping up. Honestly, outside of the room they were working in we hardly had to clean up at all. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard, and even finished one day early. I'd thoroughly recommend using BS Building & Construction - polite and professional people at a fair price.

  Plantation shutters in bay windows

  I couldn't fault the work Ben did fitting Plantation Shutters in our front bay windows upstairs and down. He was always courteous, turned up on time and did what he said he would. The new shutters look fantastic and well worth the money - they've transformed both rooms (previously we had blinds). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shutters by the Sea if you're considering taking the plunge.

  Replacement Combi Boiler and Radiator

  The Pavilion team turned up on time, and were unfailingly courteous and helpful throughout the day. The work was completed to a high standard and the house left clean and tidy. The team went out of their way to install a new radiator where the pipework was awkward and helped me understand how the new Hive thermostat worked. I would wholeheartedly recommend.
