They arrived on time, introduced themselves were very careful removing and packing my belongings on to the lorries. Once at the new destination asked where I wished the items to go and once again very careful in unpacking. I found Gary to be very helpful and accommodating with all the conditions that we encountered with the move, including dates and deadlines associated with the last minute rush to complete before the beginning of April. He provided all the packing materials, boxes as well as heavy duty plastic boxes for transporting breakables. Nothing was too much trouble, and his team swung into action the day before, packing 1 lorry to get ahead on the day of completion. Gary and his team, were very obliging, and worked so hard to get the job of removing everything from the house, and installing it in my next home. I planned to reduce the amount that was going with me, but hadn’t realised that I wouldn’t be able to fit certain items into my next home. Browns took the stress out of the situation by offering to store items while I decided what to do with them. Completions day is always stressful as timing is crucial, but the team did exactly what they needed to do.. From helping you pack, to supplying all your boxes, packaging materials and even helping to dismantle and reassemble your larger furniture items. We can also provide you with long or short term, low cost storage services for all your needs. We are fully licenced to clear and dispose of any unwanted goods or furniture, whether to be recycled or donated to local charities.
Browns Removals were established in the summer of 2006 by Gary Brown. Born and raised in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, Gary has been working within the removals industry for over 26 years. Browns Removals pride ourselves in taking great care and attention when it comes to our customers’ individual needs, importantly transporting all possessions safely and securely.
