I found Gary to be very helpful and accommodating with all the conditions that we encountered with the move, including dates and deadlines associated with the last minute rush to complete before the beginning of April. He provided all the packing materials, boxes as well as heavy duty plastic boxes for transporting breakables. Nothing was too much trouble, and his team swung into action the day before, packing 1 lorry to get ahead on the day of completion. They helped with everything, and unloaded with speed and efficiency, even provided last minute storage for difficult to fit furniture.

Gary and his team, were very obliging, and worked so hard to get the job of removing everything from the house, and installing it in my next home. I planned to reduce the amount that was going with me, but hadn’t realised that I wouldn’t be able to fit certain items into my next home. Browns took the stress out of the situation by offering to store items while I decided what to do with them. Completions day is always stressful as timing is crucial, but the team did exactly what they needed to do.. I would have no hesitation in recommending Browns, and I will use them again in the future.

Kept us informed as to what was going on, as we just left them to get on with things and got things done very quickly. Would recommend.

Browns made our house move so easy and so stress free. The guys worked so very hard. They were cheerful, polite and friendly. An excellent price too. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work. If you're looking for a throughly decent company for any removal service, then these are the guys to use. We are so very grateful to them all.

Gary was very helpful when I was selling items stored at Aylesbury storage. He photographed them for me, made himself available for buyers, even on a Sunday, demonstrated working appliances for them and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Would highly recommend

Gary and his team went above and beyond with our removals. They loaded their vans with due care to ensure everything would travel safely. They arrived to load and deliver at the specified time. The weather was freezing for the delivery, all the team just got on with the unloading with good humour and no request was too much trouble. There was good communication from them throughout the process.
