I called this morning and the items were removed in the afternoon. What an extremely fast, professional and efficient service. I would most definitely recommend using.

They arrived on time, introduced themselves were very careful removing and packing my belongings on to the lorries. Once at the new destination asked where I wished the items to go and once again very careful in unpacking. They were very accommodating and courteous, highly recommendable.

I found Gary to be very helpful and accommodating with all the conditions that we encountered with the move, including dates and deadlines associated with the last minute rush to complete before the beginning of April. He provided all the packing materials, boxes as well as heavy duty plastic boxes for transporting breakables. Nothing was too much trouble, and his team swung into action the day before, packing 1 lorry to get ahead on the day of completion. They helped with everything, and unloaded with speed and efficiency, even provided last minute storage for difficult to fit furniture.

Gary and his team, were very obliging, and worked so hard to get the job of removing everything from the house, and installing it in my next home. I planned to reduce the amount that was going with me, but hadn’t realised that I wouldn’t be able to fit certain items into my next home. Browns took the stress out of the situation by offering to store items while I decided what to do with them. Completions day is always stressful as timing is crucial, but the team did exactly what they needed to do.. I would have no hesitation in recommending Browns, and I will use them again in the future.

Kept us informed as to what was going on, as we just left them to get on with things and got things done very quickly. Would recommend.
