  Bathroom renovation/ removal of wall

  Scott did a brilliant job with a full renovation of the bathroom, removed a wall which was a separate toilet and fully installed new bathroom furniture including moving of pipes etc. Also bricked up a window to a very good standard. Finished result very happy with and done to an excellent standard! Good price on all the work and labour.

  Brilliant Work: Front Canopy Posts

  Scott replaced the rotten wooden posts holding up our canopy at the front of our house with good quality timber and even did some lovely decorative panelling at the sides of the posts. Very professional, and excellent communication from enquiry to finished result. He did the entire job and clean up in a day. Thanks Scott, the front of our house looks lifted and fresh and we're so happy with it.

  Replacement cladding and flashing at front of house.

  Scott was very reliable from the start, he was flexible with the call out and was very clear with the quote. Him and his apprentice did such a brilliant job, our house looks so much neater at the front and we have warmer rooms thanks to the insulation! I would very much recommend Scott/Broadoak.

  I can use my conservatory again!

  My conservatory had pulled away from the house wall. Scott of Broadoak Property & Construction checked it out and discovered that the foundation was much too shallow for the weight. It was a long job, but Scott and his team gradually dug down section by section and put in a deeper and stronger foundation. Before going home every day they made sure everything was clean and tidied up. I can’t praise them, or thank them, enough. I can only give them a 10 star rating - if I could I’d give them 20! Thank you Scott and team, I’ll recommend you to everyone.
