Scott replaced the rotten wooden posts holding up our canopy at the front of our house with good quality timber and even did some lovely decorative panelling at the sides of the posts. Very professional, and excellent communication from enquiry to finished result. He did the entire job and clean up in a day. Thanks Scott, the front of our house looks lifted and fresh and we're so happy with it.

My conservatory had pulled away from the house wall. Scott of Broadoak Property & Construction checked it out and discovered that the foundation was much too shallow for the weight. It was a long job, but Scott and his team gradually dug down section by section and put in a deeper and stronger foundation. Before going home every day they made sure everything was clean and tidied up. I can’t praise them, or thank them, enough. I can only give them a 10 star rating - if I could I’d give them 20! Thank you Scott and team, I’ll recommend you to everyone.

Scott and his team came to a site visit, I was impressed with his knowledge of construction, he realised the problem immediately. The quote he gave me wasn't the cheapest but the detail in his estimate gave me the confidence that he was the right contractor for my work. Scott and his team came to site, he set up dust sheets and the work was carried out over a six day period and any debris was cleared at the end and all waste materials were removed from site, I cannot reccomend broadoak property and construction enough for the work carried out in my property.
