    Unable to open door due to faulty handle

    Great Christian came over and solved the problem in no time. Difficult start as expected a call from the company here using the same number and did not receive Christian’s calls on the day as I did not know the number.

    Broken lock

    Would highly recommend. Attended same day, on time and worked around the best time for me. Great communication from booking in the job and all throughout. Gabriel was the locksmith who attended and was friendly and extremely knowledgable of what was needed and explained clearly my different options of locks to replace my broken one. Will definitely use this locksmith again in future. Thank you Gabriel!!

    Bedroom window jammed

    He came promptly at the time we agreed and professionally unjammed my bedroom window. He advised me on further options to keep my window mechanism functioning, especially in the bad weather. Would highly recommend and will be more than happy to use again!

    Justin was a very personable individual keen to do the best job he could. It was a fairly straight forward job replacing a lock which he did well. The back office team communicated well when it transpired here had been a minor scheduling error and worked effectively to resolve this.
