    Key stuck in lock outside door

    We had key stuck in the lock and not turning and so were unable to enter the apartment at around 10pm. Within 30mins we had a locksmith at the property who did a great job getting the door open and changing the lock.

    Repair multi lock on back door

    Very swift response and good quality work to remedy the fault. However, I wasn’t totally happy about the transparency of cost of the replacement parts. The parts were expensive and no cost schedule was included. In hindsight I wish I’d stopped the tradesman at that point and demanded clarity.

    Front door lock replaced

    Was called about the job within a few minutes of posting the query on Checkatrade. An appointment was set up for the next afternoon. Locksmith turned up quickly & kept me informed of what he was doing. Gave me options of two locks and made a recommendation. Finished the work and I paid on the spot via his card machine.
