    It wasn't an urgent job but a locksmith was able to come round within a couple of hours of my job request and complete the work to install a lock within minutes, giving me options of what type of lock to install.

    Changing 2 locks on front door

    The company contacted me very quickly after submitting my quote and a locksmith arrived within a couple of hours. The locksmith was professional and on time, and carried out the work to an excellent standard. He also adjusted my latch fixture without asking which made the door closure much safer and more secure, so overall my locks are now greatly improved. I appreciate him making the extra effort and testing the locks many times before leaving the job. Thank you.

    The gentleman turned up quickly once booked the job in, was polite, professional & friendly, did the job quite quickly too. He even checked that the locks could lock before he even took payment. Communicated well with me too on the phone. All in all great job well done.
