Communication was extremely good and work seemed to be carried out carefully and competently. The response to my enquiry was quick. I was kept updated throughout by the manager and individual locksmiths. They were courteous and helpful. However, it was a concern that my tenant was trapped in the apartment. The lock was not removed and given a temporary replacement for 48 hours because equipment was not available from the first locksmith, then there was an issue with availability of a van to get to the location, by the second locksmith. Hopefully these issues are now resolved.
