Excellent service from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, communication was excellent throughout, and both guys were friendly and professional. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. I’d happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Disgusting service. On day one, nobody turned up, even after the appointment was rescheduled for the afternoon. On day two, the locksmith removed my existing security lock and fitted a standard lock while charging security-lock prices. When I realised, he admitted there were no security locks in the van, removed the new lock and put my original lock back. He also arrived without the window handles I had booked. A complete waste of time.

Avoid. Immediate callback from a coordinator who quoted fixed fee £89 + up to £320(?) for complete replacement. Had 2 no shows then switched to different locksmith the next day who was 30 mins late to 2 hr window. He explained what he had to do but no mention of additional/itemised cost beyond lock itself. Drilled door and couldn’t resit the handle to cover it so can now see the hole on the inside. Gave me an invoice just over £1000, including emergency call out, charge for drilling, mechanism, lock and additional £50 for adjusting hinge (which took 2 mins). Had to settle for a 15% discount.
