Sales Rep Paul Wilkinson came and gave us a quote for some new triple glazed bedroom windows. They not only cut out the road noise but are extremely warm. In fact they are too warm my husband has gone from wearing shorts in October to budgie smugglers in November (not a pretty sight!).

The work was done to time and budget. The fitter was polite & efficent.

They claim 'expert installers' front door fitted 5mm out of square, 5mm bow in the upright, door sticking from day one, 16 window units faulty bead on all, up to 3mm gap in the corners, broken beading some filled with sealant to disguise. Butchered around windows during removal subsequent sealant could be done better by a five year old. Left windows dirty and didn't clean upafter themselves. Britannia windows appointed third party company to remedy two days two persons allocated to remedy faults didn't complete that is a measure of the errors to be corrected.

Great service from start to finish. Paul on the first visit explained all the options and this really helped us choose the right door for us. The fitter took his time to make sure the door open and closed smoothly. Payment plan was easy to understand and had prompts on when to pay what amount. Love my new door and have had lots of compliments from friends and family.
