  The process with Patrick was very professional, price was agreed and the work started a month later. On the day they turned up as stated and worked through out the week. The roof looks good and they cleaned up as they worked. They did the roof of my elderly parents house, I would trust Patrick to quote for them again.

  Patio and drive cleaning

  Brilliant Window Cleaners were employed to chemically treat and power wash the patio area and driveway. They arrived as planned, carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard. Patrick was pleasant to deal with.

  Unable to do the job to a good standard

  The initial quote and visit was very easy and prompt, but unfortunately the cleaning wasn't brilliant, with bits of debris stuck around the edges and corners of the windows, very noticeable from the inside. When I brought this up he offered to come back the next day. Half way through the second cleaning I could tell he was doing the same thing, missing the corners, so I brought him inside to see what I was talking about. Rather than agree with me he seemed visibly annoyed, saying he can't clean into the corners from the ground because of the angle. He then gave me my money back and left.
