The initial quote and visit was very easy and prompt, but unfortunately the cleaning wasn't brilliant, with bits of debris stuck around the edges and corners of the windows, very noticeable from the inside. When I brought this up he offered to come back the next day.
Half way through the second cleaning I could tell he was doing the same thing, missing the corners, so I brought him inside to see what I was talking about. Rather than agree with me he seemed visibly annoyed, saying he can't clean into the corners from the ground because of the angle. He then gave me my money back and left.

We never charge customers who are unhappy withe our service and sorry we didn't meet our normal standards on this occasion.
