  Ross was fantastic, mapping a complicated existing set up, capping off the electrics in outbuildings before demolition, and fixing an existing fault in our office that we hadn't clocked. He was diligent, tidy, reliable and fair priced. I've safely saved Bright Site in my phone for next time

  Bathroom Fan Replacement

  The service from Ross was exceptional from start to finish - we would certainly recommend him to others, and already have! He came round a few hours after first speaking on the phone to assess the job, sent over a quote and we booked it in immediately. He replaced the fan and tested it was working in under an hour and we’ve been really pleased with the result. The new fan is exactly right model, and there was no damage to wall or surrounding area. He was polite, courteous, tidy and on time! We will definitely use him again.
