The service from Ross was exceptional from start to finish - we would certainly recommend him to others, and already have! He came round a few hours after first speaking on the phone to assess the job, sent over a quote and we booked it in immediately. He replaced the fan and tested it was working in under an hour and we’ve been really pleased with the result. The new fan is exactly right model, and there was no damage to wall or surrounding area. He was polite, courteous, tidy and on time! We will definitely use him again.

We used Ross at Bright Site Electrical for work in the communal areas in the block of flats where I live. Communal hallway lighting was replaced with energy-saving sensor lighting, a new consumer unit installed and EICR completed. Ross is reliable, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. Good lead-time for appointments also.

We had a faulty fluorescent tube light in our garage that needed replacing. We contacted Ross who had previously replaced all of our kitchen lights. He proposed an LED solution which he subsequently fitted for us that has vastly improved the lighting in our garage. As always Ross was helpful ; efficient ; and a pleasure to engage with - highly recommended
