    Fixing immersion heater

    Ross diagnosed my immersion heater issue and changed the thermostats and switches for a reasonable price. He kept me informed throughout of the issues and helped me understand them. He followed up to check it was all working. He was also very friendly throughout. Great communication. Will use again!

    Really pleased with the work Ross at Bright Site Electrical did for us. We had a number of sockets and switches removed, added, and updated throughout our 1930s house, as well as a light installed, and the quality was excellent from start to finish. Ross was thorough and clearly took pride in getting things right. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, turned up when he said he would, and was easy to get hold of if we needed to check anything. Prices were fair too. Would definitely recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

    Immersion rewire

    Ross managed to fix my immersion heater after the wire had severed. He was prompt to reply and took the time to phone and understand the problem. Would highly recommend
