I feel so lucky to have chosen Andy to sort out the lock on my front door. I usually go on word of mouth but nobody I know had required the services of a locksmith in recent years. He was punctual and very efficient. He gave me 2 options and did an excellent job of replacing the lock and taking care to fill in any gaps which would otherwise gave necessitated repainting the door and frame. All in all Andy surpassed my expectations and to top it all off, the price was reasonable and he is a friendly, respectful and polite person. Andy turned up on time, set expectations about costs and options, fixed the bifold doors promptly, replacing the damaged mechanism with a part he had in stock and then sorted out another 2 jammed windows, repairing not replacing- saving money on what would have been a more expensive Item to replace.
