Andy came to fix a lock that had a broken key in it. He arrived on time and had the job finished in minutes. Andy is really friendly and was happy to meet our dog as well (always a bonus). The cost was reasonable considering we had an unuseable back door and I will definitely save his details for our next disaster that requires a locksmith. Highly recommended!
