    I initially missed my scheduled appointment, but when I called to apologise, the team handled it with complete professionalism—no rudeness, no fuss, and they rescheduled for the next day. To my surprise and delight, Gabriel from their team called later that same day and offered to come by in the evening. Gabriel was fantastic—friendly, professional, and highly skilled. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of his work and the overall experience. They didn’t charge me for the missed morning slot, which they had every right to do, and that gesture alone speaks volumes about their integrity.
