Suspiciously similar reviews posted at similar times suggest a fabricated positive image. Our experience involved repeated delays, poor workmanship, a lack of professionalism and threats from the owner. The original team didn’t protect our home from the work and caused damage. A subsequent painter was great but had to rectify significant prior errors. The owner was overly defensive, communicated poorly and became increasingly rude & sent threats. Payment was demanded despite being promised we wouldn’t pay until fully satisfied. See our Google review for more info on the unacceptable behaviour

Very pleased with the repainting of my property. Prompt start date, very efficient work, good timekeeping & very good quality work. Consideration given to me & my house cat during the work.

Really friendly and respectful of property. Were able to fit me in very quickly, and did a great job painting the flat. Also fixed some poor plastering done by a different decorator. Work is great quality, quick and very well priced (with no hidden costs). Have used Brightline a couple of times now and really recommend.

Daniel and the team were brilliant! We asked them to fully paint our apartment ahead of a new tenancy. Very clear communication throughout the whole process, and were able to provide a very good quote given the timescales. We will definitely be using BRIGHTLINE again for any future work that we may need later this year.

I had a fantastic experience with this painter and decorator. They arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and delivered high-quality results. Not only was the work done to a great standard, but they also went above and beyond, doing extra tasks at no additional cost. Professional, friendly, and excellent communication throughout.
