Rob was great, very polite and gave off a good impression. You could tell Rob knew a lot regarding all aspects of the building trade, and gave advice whilst here on works that we were planning for the future. Rob completed the works within a very reasonable time frame and was very tidy. Rob did respond to every message, however I know because he is busy sometimes this can take a few days. I would recommend Rob for any future works.

Rob assessed the wall told me what he would do and what the price would be and I gave me such confidence that I gave him the job immediately. He arrived to do the work when he said he would and simply got on with it. I am very pleased with him and his work.

Rob contacted me within 24 hours of the job being posted. We swiftly agreed a day/time for him to survey the worked needed and to quote me a price. His communications were always friendly and prompt and he arrived promptly to both quote the job and undertake the work. The very reasonably priced job was done to a high standard, with the brick replaced and a cable now pinned to the wall.
