  We called Brian with regards of Fireplace issues. He arrived on time, carried out tests and ensured everything is safe and works properly. Highly recommending his services.

  Easy friendly first impressions. Quotes £60 call out chg irrespective of work carried out or not. Within 5 minutes says it will cost £130. No mention of hrly rate. Job was not big for a fully qualified person like him to take 2 hrs to sort. He drags it on with chitchat (penny dropped after he totalled his chgs). He added the £60 call out to the total bill. Total=(130 for 2 hours + 60 call out plus material = £350) No bill given, job not guaranteed. £350 to cut and replace a 10inch pipe under sink took him 2 hr to fix. Most expensive plumber ever!! No reply to my text before this review.

  I am sorry Monica feels like this. With over 650 reviews on Checkatrade the overwhelming majority of jobs i do well. I came out to Monica's house to find a serious flood, i repaired the plumbing. On completion of the job i asked Monica is everything to your liking, she told me yes but the following day she argued about the money, i refunded some of the money so i am surprised by the complaint it was not due to the workmanship and i was given the go ahead to do the work.

  Brian replaced our mains stopcock about a year ago and recently also replaced our kitchen tap. Both times he was quick to come over and give me a quote. The work was then carried out at the time we agreed and the quality of the work was good.

  on time very tidy and polite check the boiler,check for leaks, left every where clean and we are very happy thanks Brian.
