ALL PLUMBING & COMPLETE BATHROOMS - pipework work is undertaken; 1st and 2nd fix. - works can be carried out in 2 stages.

1st Fix - moving the bathroom pipework around, swapping the bath, basin, or toilet position requires a new layout of pipework prior to any tiling of the room. - this is called 1st fix. 2nd fix is the actual fitting and connecting pipes to new bathroom furniture and faucets.
