It is with deep regret that I am making this negative review on my bathroom vanity unit fitting.
The 1st fixing inc the WC went well last year. The 2nd fixing inc the wash basin had to be booked in. With both our diaries busy & a few txts, the 2nd stage was booked in for the 14th March. I confirmed all was really for that date, Brett did show, call or msg or never has got in touch since. Hence this review. To say the least I am very disappointed & bewildered to say the least.

Wow, is this the new way to re-book a missed appointment, I’ve been extremely bizy of late with holiday & trip up north to visit parents. This isn’t an excuse I will contact you when I’m back in the office tomorrow to see if we can schedule in phase 2..
