  Brilliant Brass Monkeys!

  What can I say? Paul was brilliant from when we first reached out about getting aircon. He came round to the house & gave us advice & told us what would work & what wouldn't work. He took his time to explain what options we could choose from & recommended what he thought would work the best. A few weeks later Paul & his son Will came and fitted the aircon. Both are really friendly, hard working respectful guys. Everything was fitted & they the went through how to use the aircon & the remote. Just fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend Brass Monkeys!

  Air conditioning fitted through our home

  What a refreshing change to meet such delightful tradesmen . Polite friendly totally professional and very knowledgeable about their craft . A pleasure to have in our home and when they left after fitting air conditioning throughout our home you couldn’t find a sign they’d been here . My home was left spotless and we were left fully instructed as to the operation of all our new equipment. All fitted in the nick of time for this crazy heatwave . Cannot recommend Paul and Will , a lovely young man who was so polite and chatty too . Can’t recommend this company highly enough

  Fantastic workmanship and a family company

  Fantastic company and great workmanship. Paul came over and spent a significant amount of time working out my requirements (air conditioning unit for a bedroom). I had 3 quotes that week, Paul was the only one to measure up and calculate specifically what I would need. The other quotes guesstimated; Paul’s quote was the cheapest of the three by approx 10%. He/his wife liaised with me prior to the work being carried out. He and a member of his team arrived on time and worked solidly. Their work is smart and to a fantastic standard. I’ve recommended them to my in-laws. They are fantastic.

  From start to finish this job was seamless . Very knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone needing air conditioning. We had Paul and Will on our job . Left everything tidy and clean .

  Excellent service from start to finish

  We cannot express how happy we are with the work carried out by Paul and Will in our home. They made every effort to leave no mess and we're courteous of our home the entire time. Paul and Will were great to have around, so much so we were sad to see them leave. The units they fitted work perfectly and we were left feeling confident in their workmanship and would 100% recommend
