From start to finish this job was seamless . Very knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone needing air conditioning. We had Paul and Will on our job . Left everything tidy and clean .

We cannot express how happy we are with the work carried out by Paul and Will in our home. They made every effort to leave no mess and we're courteous of our home the entire time. Paul and Will were great to have around, so much so we were sad to see them leave. The service both before and after sale has been outstanding. Paul promptly and thoroughly answered all my many questions and quickly dealt with a small fault that developed over Christmas. We had ~5 companies come out to quote, but of all of those companies, Paul at Brass Monkey was the most professional and prepared, and the only one who had brochures of products available. I already had a specific aircon range in mind though, but Paul was more than happy to supply these and even spent some time speaking to his supplier to ensure it was all compatible. Installation was fast, professional and neat. A few days after installation there was a small leak due to a bad batch of press-fits , but Paul came out immediately and fixed it. Since then it's been spot on! Would recommend!
