Absolutly brilliant experience. Top guys who were honest, transparent, and reasonable in what they charged. We’re communicative from beginning to end and kind in their demeanour.

Steve & Harry, were one of the few local trades that promptly responded, accepting job and visiting to quote within a couple of days. A fair price was agreed for pulling up our aged T&G Chipboard flooring and replacing with Ply. Dates were agreed and material costs paid as deposit. Guys turned up early both days, lay down dust sheets and got started. Both kept us informed throughout and Steve even gave me some fixings to deal with a stubborn lintel when we decorate so I can pop-up a curtain baton. They worked hard and diligently, and we shall have them back to do our bathroom in the future.

We requested a quote for some items raised in our building survey. However, after their visit we received an invoice and inspection report for £200! When we challenged this and asked for a breakdown of costs, we were told that the invoice was for their time spent at the property and the report (which was a few lines within the invoice) and were told to pay by the end of the day. I expressed surprise as it states they provide free estimates (which is misleading). If there is a cost you should inform customers upfront. Very unprofessional.

we were unable to go ahead with the work due to unforeseen circumstances, but harry was quick to respond to my enquiry, booked a visit to do the quote promptly, and provided the quote in a timely fashion. i have kept their details in case we need any work done in the future.

Very happy with the work completed - quote was competitive, quality of work was excellent and the team were always punctual and courteous on site.
