  Multi Radiator Replacement

  Having posted our job, here on Checkatrade, I was contacted by Matt within an hour expressing his willingness to accept the job and thanking me for posting the dimensions of the three radiators to be replaced. He visited a couple days later, provide a fairly priced quote and included our boiler service (as system had to be drained anyway), advising doing the safety checks was only a little more work at that point. All three radiators were replaced the following week, with the boiler service being done over two days as he needed to pickup the kids. Very pleased with his work and recommend.

  Aged flooring replacement

  Steve & Harry, were one of the few local trades that promptly responded, accepting job and visiting to quote within a couple of days. A fair price was agreed for pulling up our aged T&G Chipboard flooring and replacing with Ply. Dates were agreed and material costs paid as deposit. Guys turned up early both days, lay down dust sheets and got started. Both kept us informed throughout and Steve even gave me some fixings to deal with a stubborn lintel when we decorate so I can pop-up a curtain baton. They worked hard and diligently, and we shall have them back to do our bathroom in the future.

  Damaged Flooring Replacement

  Posted job, which was accepted / interested by the trade. Agreed time and date for quotation - failed to show up, no further communication received, very unprofessional. Have ranked as 'unacceptable' in experience rating as to just not show up is exactly that!
