10 Boiler installation at a reasonable price

Job location: SO30Neil installed a new boiler for us at a reasonable price. It only took half day like he mentioned when he gave us the quote. He also explained to us how does it works and problem on our water tank.Response from Braeside Property Services Ltd

10 Amazing bathroom renovation, highly recommend!

Braeside Property Services have been absolutely brilliant! Neil and his team completed a full bathroom renovation for us and the results are amazing! Our tiny bathroom has been moved around and now looks bigger and luxurious! Very happy with the service, Neil always turned up exactly on time with a big smile and works really hard all day. I have a daughter with special needs and I have to say that Neil was highly respectful and very understanding. Great company to work with, I thoroughly recommend and will definitely use Braeside Property Services again. We had a shower replaced along with the tiling around it. We are so pleased with the job. It looks great. Great communication, great price and very respectful of the property. My name is Neil Burrow I am the owner/operator.
I have over 35 years’ experience in Plumbing and Heating, I am an ex gas board employee who has worked in private and social housing environments since the age of 15!!
At Braeside Property Services Ltd we specialise in heating fault finding, servicing and appliance replacements, ranging from fires, full heating systems, boiler exchanges, system conversions and everything else in between.
As well as all your heating needs, we also carry out complete bathroom refits, general plumbing installations and repairs, and pretty much everything you need for around your home!!
My experience puts you the customer in the safest and most reliable hands possible. If we make an appointment with a customer, then we turn up ON TIME!!! If for any reason we are delayed then a quick call is made to inform the customer of any hold ups (after all it is only fair to keep people in the loop) !!
