  Replacement Flu on a boiler

  Neil was really punctual and professional. Tuned up within 24 hours notice, inspected the boiler and identified the fault and ordered a replacement flu and had installed within a few days.

  Neil has done several jobs for me including boiler repair/renew to refitting a new bathroom/shower. He has just completed changing a shower unit for me that is more suitable for an old decrepit person like me. I have always been happy with his work and prices, so would always recommend him to anyone who requires any plumbing work done, just keep the coffee flowing.

  Central heating repair completed expertly.

  Neil was hugely engaging, proficient and professional. He applied a calibrated approach to our central heating leaks to understand first before attempting repair ahead of suggesting replacement.   ER227 fix on a Worcester boiler

  I put up the job request around 8pm and Neil responded within 30 minutes or so that he could be round 10-12ish the next day. We had been without heating or hot water in 2° weather for a full day already with a baby and toddler at home. He arrived promptly at 9:55 the next morning and found and fixed the issue and ran a boiler service once fixed within an hour or so. Very reasonable rates (the best we’d been quoted in fact) and couldn’t be more chuffed with the service. Will definitely go to Neil again if we have any other issues!
