Completed a boiler service and was very good, professional and friendly. Arrived promptly and was respectful of my property. I have an old boiler so he gave advice on a near future replacement, Will use again!

My central heating was giving trouble last week, I phoned Braeside Properties, and Neil came the next day, told me the boiler needed replacing ( it was 15 to 20 years old). He came within 5 days and fitted a new boiler, set it to my requested temperature etc, & gave me the paperwork for the product. He arrived on time, set to work immediately and was throughout polite & pleasant, and cleared up when finished. I can recommend Braeside Property Services highly, as I have used them before and they have never let me down.

Boiler service and advice on pump replacement which I did myself

Neil was extremely professional throughout. The work was completed to a high standard and finished promptly. I would not hesitate to use his services again for any future work I need carried out.
