  Will not use again

  We must have been unlucky but the young men who came to cut our trees were rude ( they didn't answer when spoken to, left without saying they had finished, drove into the neighbour drive for convenience without asking etc...) but more importantly did a pretty drastic and not esthetic job. The tree have been butchered for life now and this Spring it does not look any better. We wrote to them to mention this. They never answered.

  Excellent Professional Work

  Brackendale are extremely professional with excellent experience in tree surgery. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards without a trace. We would thoroughly recommend them.

  Professional, efficient and friendly

  Brackendale were recommended by my neighbours. They trimmed a large holly tree in my garden a couple of years ago, and I have just had them back to give the holly another trim, which they have shaped beautifully. They also gave my large apple tree a good prune. All the branches were chipped into their trailer, leaving my garden nice and tidy. The team were friendly, efficient and professional.

After our initial contact, James visited the site to conduct a thorough walkthrough and took several photographs to ensure the quote was grounded in reality rather than guesswork. The resulting estimate arrived promptly and represented genuine value; it was a far more sensible proposition than the pricing offered by a previous firm. On the day of the project, the team arrived with a punctuality that is increasingly rare. The work was carried out safely and with a quiet efficiency—traits I find far more impressive than mere 'enthusiasm
