Excellent service - friendly and kept the garden neat and tidy.

We have some 170 yards of beech yew and mixed hedge about 2 metres high at 20 Manor Way, and Brackendale did our 2025 annual summer hedge cutting, plus crown reduction of one large silver birch tree. The resulting hedge trim was exemplary, with very crisp accurate edges to lines and levels, a delight to view, a better result than achieved by others previously. A neat reduction of the silver birch achieved. All was done with care avoiding damage, and tidying away most thorough. The Brakendale team were a great bunch a pleasure to have around. Brackendale have our unreserved recommendation!

The job was actually hedge cutting, but they are very big hedges. The communication with the Company was very good and the job was carried out well and tidying up thorough. The two staff doing the job were communicative, knowledgeable and friendly.

Promptly gave a fixed estimate. Work carried out to specification over 2 days. Visited site and requested a little more clearing up, but generally work to a good standard. Good communication with office.

Fraser and his team attended to my garden yesterday and did a great job of cutting down a row of trees that were past their best and trimming down a large holly bush. The lads were a very friendly bunch and worked quickly and carefully to get the job done. They even remained in good spirit when they came upon an unknown wasps nest!! They cleared up well after themselves and were finished before I knew it. Would highly recommend them.

From my initial enquiry through to job completion, every aspect of the job was first class. On site, Jamie and Dave were super efficient, friendly and tidy. My hedge looks great thanks to the team.
