  New wall mounted AC installation in loft conversion

  Excellent from start to finish. Dom visited our house twice to discuss options and suitability supported by various emails with brand, model and pricing information. James completed the AC installation - he was absolutely superb. Very meticulous, considerate and consulted the whole way through regarding positioning and completed the highest standard of work. Laurance completed the electrical installation in a way which made the cables invisible - amazing! Bourne come very highly recommended - will certain use again for servicing and future AC needs!

  Dom and his team Were very helpful from initial meeting, of Design brief , house surveyed to work out best layout of system. First fix done and second a final fix all done on time and perfect timing. Team were very clean, tidy and organized. Follow up pre and after installation outstanding

  Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. The quote from Dom was very reasonable and James the fitter was very polite and punctual , he took great care in his planning and fitting of the air conditioning units . I would totally recommend this company for all your air conditioning needs.

  Air conditining Annual Service

  We needed our ACU serviced urgently and within a specific time frame, and Bourne Air really delivered. Their communication was excellent from the start. The service was carried out professionally and promptly. The price was also very reasonable and fair. We're really happy with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Great service all around!

  Fabulous experience and competitive price.

  After getting quotes from three suppiers, Bourne were the most price competitive and also came across as the most professional and great to work with. Dom was helpful and clear in going through my options and placements, and thoroughly wonderful to deal with. The (primary) installation person - James - was beyond reproach: the work itself was done to the highest standard. He was so conscientious in respect of caring about my property and doing work cleanly. Nothing was too much effort. The integrity of this company is refreshing and I'm delighted I chose them.   Two units installed into domestic setting.

  Wow! What can I say? We have been debating on whether to take the plunge & have A/C installed for quite some time. After doing research we decided to go with Bourne Air Conditioning. I'm so glad we chose them! The whole thing has been so straightforward and smooth. The guys that came to do the installation were consumate professionals, all aspects of it were carried out in the most considerate way. They were very respectful of our property. All areas were tided up & vacuumed, all rubbish removed. We opted for the Daikin units which are quiet & very smart. We are delighted, thank you!
