We decided to install Panasonic AC in our loft conversion. The company was really good to communicate with from the start. All installation was completed as requested. We had a slight glitch with an error code after installation, but Dom was very quick to respond to us trying to help and came the next morning to fix it. I would highly recommend this company.

We decided to have 1 a/c unit installed in our very hot lounge. After obtaining quotations we arranged for Bourne to install a Panasonic unit. This was a wise decision. The work was carried out very professionally by the lads including James. Also the a/c unit is brilliant and cools the room down to whatever is comfortable. Now in our third heatwave but means we can sit in the lounge in comfort. It can also be uses a heat source. Highly recommend Bourne A/C Ltd

Excellent from start to finish. Dom visited our house twice to discuss options and suitability supported by various emails with brand, model and pricing information. James completed the AC installation - he was absolutely superb. Very meticulous, considerate and consulted the whole way through regarding positioning and completed the highest standard of work. Laurance completed the electrical installation in a way which made the cables invisible - amazing! Bourne come very highly recommended - will certain use again for servicing and future AC needs!

Dom and his team Were very helpful from initial meeting, of Design brief , house surveyed to work out best layout of system. First fix done and second a final fix all done on time and perfect timing. Team were very clean, tidy and organized. Follow up pre and after installation outstanding
