  Removing blood stains from a carpet

  Mark responded quickly when I posted the job to remove blood stains from a carpet. He was able to come quickly on a day that suited me. When I had to change the time he was very flexible. Mark did an excellent job of removing several areas of blood stain in a short time and the carpet looks good. I realised that Mark had done a similar job for us a few years ago to an equally impressive standard. I would highly recommend him.

  Mark did an excellent job cleaning our fabric sofas. He is a very pleasant chap who is clearly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. A great job by a very genuine person.

  GONG THE EXTRA MILE FOR THE CLIENT

  Mark, proprietor of the company arrived on time - always a good sign. Mark then looked at the work he was to do then became worried about the material on the 3 piece suite and immediately thought it was leather (he explained he did not 'do' leather upholstery.) I assure him I had checked with the manufacturer about 18 months earlier and had been told it was not leather but fabric. We chatted about what to do next, I don't think either of us wanted to cancel. Mark then offered to do a spot test and go from there. Once Mark ascertained it was not leather and ok, he went ahead.

  Excellent Cannot recommend highly enough. Professional service and attention to detail. I thought some of my upholstery was worn out and would need recovered but not when Mark had cleaned it…like new. Many thanks

  10/10 Carpet Cleaning - Fantastic Results

  Mark provided a fantastic experience right from the very first contact. On the day of the clean Mark worked very hard and produced excellent results removing numerous stubborn carpet stains. The end result was fantastic, carpet looked new. Mark was also lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend him.
