    Mark was great. Good communication, arrived on time, strong explanation of job required. Took great care with furniture and new paint work. Fantastic job on cleaning carpets - they look like new! Will be using Mark again!

    Excellent service from Mark at BounceBack, totally professional from quotation to finishing the job. He arrived on time and worked really hard, taking time to explain the process so we felt completely confident. Our carpets look brilliant, exceptionally clean and smell fresh. The whole house feels much cleaner now! No hesitation in recommending BounceBack, we will use them again in future.

    Great Service carpet and upholstery cleaning.

    Mark cleaned out carpets and chairs. He sorted out a nasty stain. Prompt in responding to my request for a quote. On time and did excellent work I can only recommend you use Mark. I will use him again when needed.
