    Exceptional Service and Amazing Results !

    Having been extremely impressed with Mark's work last year, I booked him again this year to clean our carpets. Once again, he delivered excellent results and demonstrated the same high standard of workmanship and professionalism. Our carpets look fantastic, feel soft and bouncy underfoot again, and smell wonderfully clean and fresh. The difference is remarkable, and it's clear that he takes great pride in delivering an exceptional service. We are extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use his services again.

    Punctual, Professional, Personable and Polite

    Mark was punctual, professional, polite and very personable. He took the time to explain the process and to give advice on how to treat any further spillages. The carpet now looks SO much better and I’m delighted with the result. I can highly recommend Mark and will most definitely be asking him to clean other carpets and upholstery in the future.

    Arrived on time, worked hard throughout and explained everything clearly. Very friendly and professional service, and the carpets came up much better than expected given their age and dusty condition. Would happily recommend.

    Excellent service all round

    Great experience with BounceBack, from initial enquiry, where my call was quickly returned by Mark (who listened to the details of the works required, advised how the works would be undertaken, advised the associated cost and agreed when the works would be carried out), who attended promptly, carried out the works dilligently and advised as to potential follow-up actions necessary. Would certainly use again

    Excellent and reliable carpet cleaning

    Excellent service. Polite and friendly and thoughtful. Amazingly clean carpet on stairs and landing thanks to Mark. It had had dirt and stains and now looks brand new.
