I was having difficulty selling my house because the buyers surveyor had raised concerns with lack of support to remaining chimney following removal by previous owners. I was told it needed support and certification from local authority confirming it meets current building regs. I spoke with Jay who not only carried out the work to a high standard, but guided me through the process of getting certification step by step. Communication was excellent, he was reliable and understood the need to get the work completed quickly to prevent potential loss of sale. I would recommend him highly.

Jay has been brilliant. Our first house refurbishment, Jay has helped out with everything. First job was to partially remove a wall and fit a new steel, then knock the back wall out for bi folding doors. Reasonably priced, came out to me the next day, reliable and knows what he is talking about. Definitely recommend and have already got him booked in for the next job.

Not the cheapest but the best. Jamie and his team turned up when they said they would were polite and friendly and carried out the work to a very high standard. Any mess was quickly cleared and the site returned to an acceptable level. I am sure that if he gives you a quote then that it what he will stick to and not try to bump up the price with extras.

We was looking for a Reliable Builder on a social media site and Boulton Building Services was highly recommend on there. From the moment we called him to the day the work was completed was nothing but reassuring and fantastic communication. The work was defiantly to a high standard very reliable and clean builders. I can’t recommend Boulton Building Services enough I’m just so glad for the recommendations off social media.
