  Honest, reliable and quality workmanship. Jay modernised an old 1930s house to a warm family home. work included: 32sqm rear extension new porch removing chimney breasts steels to support walls and roof purlings new windows new stairs with deeper treads bricking up old windows and adding new ones electrical rewire warm roof alco drains dot, dab, plaster and skim all round house new garden gate Jay and his team went above and beyond. The job was completed at speed and to a high standard. A shining gem of the building world. 10/10 recommended.
