  Needed an EPC for a home I am selling

  Got a text very quickly on the weekend and arranged for the certificate to be done on Monday. He was on time and polite and very reasonable cost too

  They promise on website someone will contact within 1 hour, I paid the £5 deposit. So after 4 days no contact. I requested refund on Day 2 but no reply. Look elsewhere.

  Thorough and accurate EPC

  Hakan was very polite and helpful throughout, after I got in touch following being advised to get our EPC updated by our energy provider. It turned out that there's an EPC registered on our address that seems to be for a completely different property we were unaware of! Hakan was thorough in his examination and asked for proof of the cavity insulation etc., which reassures me that not only is the new EPC for the actual house at this address (!) but it is completely accurate. Very happy with the service from BookEPC, would recommend to anyone needing an EPC done.
