  Excellent service and communication. Understood my requirements in depth and carried out the works swiftly and on time. Supplied the appliance, made some adjustments for an integrated fit including new plug circuit and recycled old units. Highly recommended.

  Delivered and installed a washer/dryer

  Really brilliant service. I had ordered washer/dryers from two of the big appliance chains previously, including delivery and installation, but both of them failed to deliver as they would not bring the machine up to our 3rd floor flat. I explained this situation to Bolt and they were happy to arrange delivery to the third floor.

  Oven repair

  Sajid was quick to provide me with a quote and scheduled a time for the oven repair to be done. I liked the fact that he called and confirmed the time the day before he was supposed to come. He arrived on time and did the work quickly and quietly when I had to take an expected work call. He took the time to ensure that the oven was working and took the materials with him.
