  Ben from Bold security was quick and very helpful from the start. Helped me work out what we needed as a house alarm. Was prompt on the day. Everything fitted, test and working. Checked on us the following day to see everything was ok. No change to price, we paid exactly what was quoted. Very please with the result.

  Alarm replacement.

  Ben is a true professional. Totally trustworthy and knowledgeable. He kept us fully informed regarding his arrival time. Cleaned up after the installation and then provided me with full instruction not leaving until I was fully happy. This was followed up by emails confirming the verbal instruction given. He has made it very clear that if we have any issues he will return to sort out. Highly recommend.

  Intruder alarm and home cctv install

  Communication with Ben was excellent, replying promptly to any emails or messages. He came out for a home visit to talk about what would be installed and where. A quote for the job was sent over afterwards and we accepted and arranged a suitable date. The day before Ben messaged to remind about the appointment and check all was still good to go. On the day they turned up punctually and got straight to work. They removed the old systems and installed the new ones. Keeping any mess to a minimum and cleaning as they worked. They gave a full demonstration of how every worked and aftercare too.
