Our old alarm had stopped work so needed it all replacing. Ben was upfront all the way. Great communication. There was no messing around gave us the quote. Just over a week he came and fitted the system. Worked quickly and was very tidy. Explained everything. Can't recommend highly enough.

I recently replaced a faulty alarm system with Bold Security. Ben was great with communication, came to assess the job, and gave a fair price. On installation day, he removed the old system and installed the new one, explaining everything clearly. Even when I didn’t have Wi-Fi set up, he returned to help with the app setup.
