I recently replaced a faulty alarm system with Bold Security. Ben was great with communication, came to assess the job, and gave a fair price. On installation day, he removed the old system and installed the new one, explaining everything clearly. Even when I didn’t have Wi-Fi set up, he returned to help with the app setup. Ben was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Bold Security for reliable and excellent service!
