Paul was brilliant from start to finish. He really helped to explain everything he was quoting for thoroughly and did a brilliant job fixing our heating in our new house. He was very polite and arrived when he said he would. Excellent comms

Superb service as always!

I had booked our annual boiler service which we always have with this company however this year I was suddenly taken into hospital in an emergency. The company was extremely understanding, rearranged my service, and even ensured there were no additional cancellation fee’s. The engineer came returned two weeks later and carried out the service and was kind, courteous and respectful as always and the main office even called to follow up and see how I was following my hospitalisation and to check I was happy with the service. Would absolutely recommend this organisation to anyone considering!!!

We cannot recommend Shane and the rest of the team highly enough. We have our boiler serviced annually and from start to finish everything is dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. Shane is always on time, organised and tidy.
