Really helpful and efficient and very quick to come and sort my problem. Also very punctual. They also do my annual service and have always been great. The last one the phone is so lovely and helpful too.

Great service from Paul. He arrived at the arranged time. Basin Tap and waste replacements were fitted, tested for correct hot/cold side and he even offered (which I appreciated but declined) to put things back in place that had to be moved to close off the water supply. Booking was easy and quick. 100 % match to our expectations. Many thanks

Extremely prompt response by the job booker, then plumber arrived within 20 minutes. Invoice was as expected, going by the stated hourly rate. Repair completed within an hour, including sourcing replacement part.

Reminder that I needed to book a boiler service arrived in good time. Engineer arrived around 9.15 on the appointed date. (No reconfirming telephone call was received but this was notva problem for me as from past experience this is time he usually arrives) Work carried efficiently, system tested and radiators run to check ok. Awaiting certification of work done.

Great service and very efficient

The engineer was very friendly and helpful, but he arrived after the allocated time slot because he was delayed on a busy day. It was the company's decision to book the work for a Monday which is apparently a very busy day - I would have been happy with another date.
