Excellent service, highly recommend. Every time I have contacted Boiler IQ, they are responsive and helpful. Jack is punctual, communicates arrival time on the day and is super friendly. Can’t fault this business.

Jack responded very quickly to my search and quickly analysed the problem with my Worcester boiler which was over 15 years old and needed to be replaced. He quoted what I thought was a very reasonable price. He carried out the work in a very professional manner and was courteous and helpful throughout. On completion, he explained in an easy to understand way the operation of my new boiler. I was more than happy with the job and would recommend him without hesitation.

Company showed interest in job however couldn't be bothered to give me a quote, pictures and measurements given to BoilerIQ as requested. Overall a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Father and son team turned up at appointed time that evaluated the work got on with it completed it to a great great standard no fuss no mess all left tidy two perfect gentleman would highly recommend to anybody fast efficient very knowledgeable nothing too much trouble great job lads thanks very much

Having had great service before, I wasn't surprised when Jack came out within hours of my noticing the leak, immediately identified the problem and ensured everything was safe for him to return the next working day to replace the part. His work was quick and tidy, he gave excellent advice and was friendly and professional throughout. I couldn't be happier with the service and will continue going back.
