  Jack was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when he fitted my cooker. He also did a full gas check. He was punctual, polite and left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend 👌.

  Boiler losing pressure

  Our boiler was losing pressure in ~2 hours. Was told we need a new expansion tank. Ultimately had a leak in the system which needed fixing. Purchased a new expansion tank for no reason at all - incorrectly diagnosed for the pleasure of £250.

  Hi Harry, we completed an inspection and issued a report for insurance purposes at the time. You were not insured and stated you would arrange cover and contact them later after these faults were identified. This was not a simple pressure loss fault—the heat exchanger showed distortion and internal blockage, the ignition indicator was faulty, and the loft pump was noisy and underperforming, causing poor circulation and uneven heating. These are multiple age-related faults on a 17-year-old boiler, which is why replacement was advised.

  Michal did some work on some old and badly fitted pipework in my flat. I found him to be professional and an expert in what he does. He did a great job. Fit for purpose and proper. I have total peace of mind. Lydia who arranged the work is honest, warm and kind. Many Thanks 😊

  Price favours the Consumer. professional, kind and fair.

  I would absolutely recommend Boilergurus. They have fair prices and favour the consumer rather than ripping them off. Lydia was very helpful, clear and professional. Even sending me photo's of plumbing parts that would be needed for the job. I found her very nice and genuine. Jack the engineer who fitted my new sink was profesional, kept me updated and was punctual. Jack did a great job. He left every where clean and tidy. I will be booking him to come to service my boiler next! Many Thanks
