  They conducted a clear, detailed investigation into the suspected leakage issue and thoroughly checked the water system in our newly acquired apartment. The service was excellent, with no hidden costs. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

  Excellent Service from BoilerGurus! ​We were recently left without hot water due to a faulty motorised valve. BoilerGurus responded promptly and got the system back up and running in no time. ​A huge shoutout to the engineer (Jake), who did a fantastic job. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly.

  Boiler parts replaced and service

  I was very pleased with the service I received. All my questions were answered promptly by Lydia, who kept in contact with me explaining costs and timings before she sent out an engineer. Jack was brilliant! He turned up on time and left the boiler and surrounding area neat and tidy. Thank you so much.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Visit was booked in promptly and engineer did a fantastic job servicing our boiler (which was in a bad state due to poor quality servicing from another company). Paperwork was completed fully with detailed pictures, and sent through shortly after the visit. Affordable and excellent service - what’s not to like?

  Valve changed on the hot water tank

  Our heating was on 24 hrs which I thought was our boiler but the company said it will be the hot water valves which were changed and now working how it should be.

  Finally Found a UFH Specialist I Can Rely On

  Excellent service from start to finish After a routine service by another provider left my underfloor heating non-functional. I contacted Boilergurus, the engineer quickly identified the issue and restored the entire system in under an hour, including an area I’d been told was not repairable. Everything was explained clearly, there was no upselling, and the cost was very reasonable. The engineer was professional, honest, and highly competent. I’m so happy to have found a reliable company to look after my underfloor heating and will definitely be using them again.
