    Unvented water tank inspection

    Jack was super friendly and efficient on his visit. got the job completed quickly and talked me through all the steps, and made sure I had the full report before leaving. would definitely recommend!

    I contacted Boilergurus to help with bringing our boiler to inspection standard following poor installation by another company prior to moving in. The team were helpful, knowledgeable and professional from first contact until work was complete. I was kept up to date on every step and they were easy to reach out to. The work carried turned out better than expected and will definitely use again in future. Very happy with the overall service and 100% recommend.

    Fantastic service and fair price

    The engineer arrived on time and completed the valve replacement quickly and efficiently. He explained what he had done and why he thought the problem had occurred. Comms were excellent throughout and price was very fair. Recommend

    Jack was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when he fitted my cooker. He also did a full gas check. He was punctual, polite and left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend 👌.

    Boiler losing pressure

    Our boiler was losing pressure in ~2 hours. Was told we need a new expansion tank. Ultimately had a leak in the system which needed fixing. Purchased a new expansion tank for no reason at all - incorrectly diagnosed for the pleasure of £250.

    Hi Harry, we completed an inspection and issued a report for insurance purposes at the time. You were not insured and stated you would arrange cover and contact them later after these faults were identified. This was not a simple pressure loss fault—the heat exchanger showed distortion and internal blockage, the ignition indicator was faulty, and the loft pump was noisy and underperforming, causing poor circulation and uneven heating. These are multiple age-related faults on a 17-year-old boiler, which is why replacement was advised.
