    Installing New Boiler

    Boilergurus did an excellent job for me and put my mind at ease. Reliable and professional, with fantastic communication via WhatsApp and email, I was kept informed of everything in a very detailed quote. Their customer service was top-notch, and their work was perfect and tidy. I was so impressed by how much pleasure was taken in doing the work. The old water tank in the loft was also emptied as it was of no use anymore. The old boiler and all rubbish removed and area cleaned. I was shown how to use thermostat on my phone. I would highly recommend their service is top notch. Thanks 😍

    Valve replacement

    I'd had another plumber diagnose the issue however they let me down last minute when it came to fixing it. I called Lydia at Boilerguru who was extremely helpful, she said I didn't require as an extensive job as the original plumber had said and within 4 hours Michal had come and fixed the issue. He was done within half an hour (not 3.5 hours as I was told by the first plumber and hence the fee was not as high!) and was extremely efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Boiler replacement

    These guys were wonderful from the get-go. My mum needed a new boiler (replacing a Heath Robinson contraption that finally gave up the ghost). Boilergurus actually sent a quote before seeing it...they know what they're doing! They got straight onto it, came in same day to have a look, and came back a week later to do the work. Super efficient, lovely guys, friendly, quick and determined! Talk about a life-upgrade! Thanks so much, highly recommend.

    Fixed a boiler that had been condemmed as needing replacing...

    Absolute superstars. As a landord I've been using one of the leading firms to do my boiler services and gas safety check for the last five years. This year the failed the boiler at one of my properties saying the heat exchange was gone and it was beyond economical repair and needed replacing (six years old...). Boilergurus visited and established that there was nothing wrong with the heat exchange but that it clearly hadnt been serviced for years even though I had paid each year for that. The boiler is now fully serviced, working perfectly and I have my gas safety certificate.
