We had a issue with low water pressure in our home, called out Shaqir from Boiler and Heating Care to take a look and soon as he saw it he was able to give us a workable solution. He gave us a cost effective solution to convert from a vented to unvented system and was able to utilise the current boiler. They have an amazing team and are extremely knowledgeable on all things gas safety whether it be diagnostics or even just general advice. Boiler & Heating Care were incredibly responsive, I booked the job on Saturday and the engineer attended on Monday. They requested the boiler make, model, and a picture of where the boiler was situated to ensure an engineer was assigned that had familiarity with my boiler - this was an excellent touch and a true mark of professionalism. Shaqir was friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and came across as a trustworthy tradesman.
