The Heating and Boiler Team were excellent. Professional and worked very hard to relocate my existing boiler for me, moving it from the first floor to the ground floor extension. They discussed the plans clearly, provided a very competitive quote, and provided an excellent service.

I employed this company to replace a gas pipe in my kitchen. Very good communication from the office, and the engineer was punctual and listened to my needs. A very neat job, efficiently done.

We had a issue with low water pressure in our home, called out Shaqir from Boiler and Heating Care to take a look and soon as he saw it he was able to give us a workable solution. He gave us a cost effective solution to convert from a vented to unvented system and was able to utilise the current boiler. The complex works required was surprisingly was carried out within one working day following that we now have good water pressure.

Boiler & Heating Care limited was extremely helpful, my boiler went from not switching on at all to working in perfect condition in the space of an hour. They have an amazing team and are extremely knowledgeable on all things gas safety whether it be diagnostics or even just general advice. Highly recommend them.

Boiler & Heating Care were incredibly responsive, I booked the job on Saturday and the engineer attended on Monday. They requested the boiler make, model, and a picture of where the boiler was situated to ensure an engineer was assigned that had familiarity with my boiler - this was an excellent touch and a true mark of professionalism. Shaqir was friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and came across as a trustworthy tradesman. He correctly diagnosed the issue before the cover was even off, talked us through his process with videos/pictures and completed the service impeccably. 10/10
