    Above and beyond

    We had arranged a price based on photos ahead of time; the carpet and rug were generally smudged had a few bad stains still stemming from puppy accidents. Bob arrived on time, was kind and efficient and did a great job, he even managed to remove the worst stains almost entirely. Just as he had packed everything up my dog decided to wee a lake on the just-cleaned carpet. Without hesitation and on his own accord, Bob grabbed his gear and removed the stain, leaving me extra solution to treat again if required (no need). Above and beyond service: I wholeheartedly recommend Bob to all.

    Great service, very friendly

    Lots of milk spills which started to smell. Bob was quick to come out and very accommodating. Also managed to clear a rust stain for us too. Very professional and friendly.

    Excellent service and lovely chap who goes over and above to fit you in at short notice! Highly recommend.. as he was able to clean a seriously dirty carpet from dogs!

    Reliable, polite and professional

    Bob was great. My schedule is very busy but went out of his way to fit me in on a weekend. I had workmen place fire doors on my carpet and the hinges left behind oil marks from the hinges that I had tried on several occasions to remove - as of today completely gone! Very polite and would highly recommend. Will be using going forwards for my annual clean.

    I recently had Bob come out to clean my carpets, a rug, and some upholstered furniture, and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. From the first phone call to the moment they left, everything was easy and stress-free. The team showed up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, and were super friendly throughout. Bobs Carpet Cleaning

Did you know? Carpet manufacturers recommend having your carpets professionally cleaned once a year to extend the life of your carpet !


We start by thoroughly vacuuming your carpet removing any dust, soil and dirt. Once this is done any spots or stains are individually treated.

The whole carpet is then treated with a specialised pre-spray - This not only starts to work on cleaning the fibres of the carpet, but it also eliminates 99.9% of any germs or bacteria that are in the carpet.

This pre-spray is then brushed into the carpet using a dedicated brushing machine. This means the pre-spray gets deep into the carpet pile to ensure the best clean possible.


The next stage is to rinse out the pre-spray using a hot water extraction method (some call this steam cleaning). This leaves the carpet looking like new and smelling great !


The last stage is to comb the carpet to remove any cleaning marks.


If any furniture needs to be replaced on a freshly cleaned carpet this is put on special foil strips to stop the legs of the furniture staining the carpet.


We can also dry-clean carpets if you need to use these immediately afterwards.


We also clean upholstery - This is all done by hand to ensure a thorough clean but also to protect the fabrics.
