I was very impressed with Bob's work ethics. He arrived at the time scheduled, explained fully his procedures and gave clear answers to my questions. He was very courteous and professional throughout his visit and did a grand job on my carpets. I would highly recommend his service.

Bob was fantastic. Very supportive around some date constraints I had with some other work being completed. He was respectful of the house and home and completed the job efficiently and to a good standard. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
