Front door handle would move only partially so the front door couldn't be deadlocked. Sent an inquiry late in the evening & Jonathan attended the following afternoon & diagnosed failure of the door lock mechanism. He fitted a temporary mechanism so at least the latch could be deadlocked (but not the door multi-point latches) overnight while the correct replacement part was on order. Jonathan fitted the replacement mechanism the following afternoon. He noted that the door was was misaligned and readjusted it, saying that it was probably the cause of the problem. Now works better than before.
